Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform scheduled and unscheduled counts in a high-volume food distribution center. You will ensure cycle counts align with system on-hand data and work independently to identify and correct variances.

You will navigate WMS (NTS), communicate discrepancies clearly, and collaborate with IC leadership to maintain strong inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics preferred; willing to consider candidates with no experience.
• Ability to obtain VHP, Reach Truck, and Picker certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Good computer skills; ability to navigate warehouse systems with training.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts on assigned locations with 98%+ accuracy.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to create, view, and manage cycle count batches and identify variances.
• Develop knowledge of warehouse processes to understand impact on operations.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Cycle Counter and IC Manager during onboarding and ongoing checks.
