Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Cycle Counter for its Denver area distribution center. The role focuses on executing cycle counts, maintaining high accuracy, and using WMS systems to manage variances. Candidates should be detail-oriented with warehouse experience and the ability to obtain certifications within 30 days.

The position supports a 7:30 PM–4:00 AM shift, Monday through Friday, with full-time benefits after 30 days and an employee-owned culture through ESOP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred; motivated candidates with no prior experience will be considered.
• Ability to obtain VHP, Reach Truck, and Picker certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and operate powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts with accuracy 98% or greater.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to manage cycle count batches and identify variances.
• Develop knowledge of warehouse processes to understand inventory impact.
• Mentor onboarding with Sr. Cycle Counter and participate in regular check-ins.
