Job summary

KeHE Distributors is hiring a Cycle Counter to ensure inventory accuracy in a high-volume distribution center. The role requires executing counts, using WMS, and maintaining strong attention to detail.

You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, engage in onboarding with mentorship, and support continuous inventory reliability across supporting departments. This on-site position offers benefits after 30 days and opportunities in a growing, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics preferred.
• Motivated candidates with no prior experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts with 98%+ accuracy.
• Use WMS (NTS) to create and manage count batches; identify and correct variances.
• Develop knowledge of warehouse processes to understand inventory impact.
• Partner with the Sr. Cycle Counter during onboarding and beyond.
• Support check-ins with the DC IC Manager to promote accountability.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
