Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Cycle Counter to manage and execute cycle counts in a high-volume food distribution center. You will ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling physical counts with system on-hand quantities and escalating discrepancies as needed.

The role requires working knowledge of warehouse processes, ownership of counts, and proactive communication to maintain a high standard of accuracy. Training will cover safety, WMS operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, DC, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to obtain certifications (VHP, Reach, Picker) within 30 days.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and operate powered equipment.
• Basic computer proficiency with inventory/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off cycle counts with 98%+ accuracy.
• Use WMS (NTS) to manage batch counts and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with IC leadership and other departments to improve inventory accuracy.
