KeHE Distributors is seeking a Cycle Counter in a full-time role within a high-volume distribution center. The position focuses on executing cycle counts, maintaining accuracy, and using the WMS system to manage counts and variances.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and adherence to KeHE’s mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and some warehouse experience, with certifications for equipment upgrades encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred; motivated candidates with no prior experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled and walk-off counts with 98%+ accuracy.
• Navigate WMS (NTS) to create and manage cycle count batches.
• Develop knowledge of warehouse processes to understand inventory accuracy impact.
• Mentor onboarding and contribute to a culture of accountability.
