Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• RCIS, RCES, CEPS, or RT(R)CI certification required within the first 2 years of hire; ARRT and SCRQSA if applicable.
• Current BLS required, ACLS within 3 months of hire and thereafter maintained.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrub duties for cardiac interventions and catheterizations.
• Performs scrub duties for peripheral diagnostics or interventions with minimal assistance.
• Ability to scrub, gown, glove and set up back table with necessary equipment.
• Records cardiac interventions and hemodynamics; monitors procedure and logs events in MacLab.
• Maintains ECG setup and rhythm monitoring.
• Assists in room preparation for safe patient care.
• Performs required safety equipment checks.
• Ensures adequate supplies for procedures.
• Transports patients alone or with staff as needed.
