Qualifikationen

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including policies, profiles, app deployment, and enrollment.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or comparable certification.
• DoD 8140 compliance at the appropriate IAT/IAM level for the role.
• Experience leading migrations from SCCM to Microsoft Intune.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of 3+ technicians, including mentoring and performance reviews.

Aufgaben

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Microsoft Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
• Translate legacy client-management baselines into modern Intune profiles during large-scale migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android zero-touch) for enterprise fleets.
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for Intune packaging, deployment, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
• Perform advanced root-cause analysis for enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and deployment errors; act as escalation point.
