Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an experienced Intune Endpoint Manager to lead modern endpoint management in a regulated government environment, overseeing design, deployment, and optimization of Intune strategies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.

You will mentor a team of 3+ technicians, translate legacy SCCM/GPO baselines into Intune configurations, and collaborate with security to enforce Zero Trust while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience (enrollment, policies, app deployment).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• DoD 8140 (8570) IAT/IAM level for the role.
• Experience leading migrations from SCCM to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
• Migrate legacy baselines to modern Intune configurations during large migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Autopilot, ADE, zero-touch).
• Apply scripting and Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting.
• Root-cause analysis for enrollment failures and policy conflicts; escalation point for complex incidents.
• Collaborate with security and service desk to enforce Zero Trust and compliance.
• Develop runbooks, documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead and develop a 3+ technician team, including performance reviews.
