You will drive configuration, policy baselines, and application deployment across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS via Intune, while guiding a 3+ person team and documenting SOPs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and enrollment.
• Experience migrating from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across devices.
• Lead large-scale migrations from SCCM to Intune.
• Design and troubleshoot Intune enrollment workflows (Autopilot, ADE, zero-touch).
• Mentor technicians and develop runbooks and SOPs.
• Collaborate with security and service teams to enforce Zero Trust.
