Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, in Columbus seeks a Senior Endpoint Management Lead to drive modern endpoint management using Microsoft Intune. You will oversee 3+ technicians, guide migrations from SCCM/ConfigMgr, translate baselines into Intune configurations, and ensure enrollment and policy deployment across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune including policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, and enrollment (required).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or comparable certification.
• DoD 8140 (8570) compliance at the appropriate IAT/IAM level for the role.
• Experience leading migrations from legacy client-management tools (e.g., SCCM) to Microsoft Intune.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of 3+ technicians, including mentoring and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Microsoft Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
• Translate legacy baselines and GPOs into modern Intune profiles during large migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, Apple DEP, Android zero-touch).
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for Intune packaging, deployment, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
• Perform advanced root-cause analysis for enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and app deployment issues.
