Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineering lead to manage SEC‑issued endpoints and drive Intune, Autopilot, and Defender for Endpoint implementations in a Washington, DC environment.

You will own provisioning, configuration, security governance, and lifecycle management across Windows and mobile devices, ensuring zero‑trust alignment and audit readiness. The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience and active clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• Clearance: SEC Public Trust or higher
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years in endpoint engineering and enterprise endpoint management
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune for Windows
• Experience supporting multi‑platform endpoints (Windows, iOS, Android)
• Experience leading security, lifecycle mgmt, troubleshooting, and SOP governance
• Experience leading Windows Autopilot and Defender for Endpoint implementations

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint lifecycle operations for SEC‑issued devices
• Direct provisioning, configuration and decommissioning across full lifecycle
• Oversee enterprise application packaging, deployment and maintenance
• Manage preproduction endpoint environments for validation
• Establish and maintain endpoint baselines, policies and controls
• Lead patch and vulnerability management activities
• Develop SOPs and architecture artifacts for audit readiness (FISMA)
• Ensure alignment with SEC policy and zero‑trust
• Serve as SME for Microsoft Intune in Windows environments
• Lead Autopilot and onboarding workflows for deployment speed
• Design PowerShell automation to reduce manual effort
• Integrate endpoint workflows with enterprise tooling and reporting
• Mentor endpoint engineers and provide quality oversight
• Support endpoint SLA/operational reporting including metrics
