Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Microsoft Intune expert to lead endpoint management in a highly regulated government environment. You will drive the design, deployment, and optimization of Intune-based device and application management strategies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.

You will mentor a team of 3+ technicians, oversee migrations from legacy tools, and coordinate with security to ensure Zero Trust alignment and ongoing compliance for mission-critical

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune: compliance policies, configuration, app deployment, enrollment.
• DoD 8140/IAT/IAM level compliance for the role.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies and baselines across devices.
• Translate legacy baselines and GPOs into modern Intune profiles during large migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, DEP, zero-touch enrollment).
• Apply Graph API-driven automation for packaging, deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment failures and policy conflicts; escalate complex incidents.
• Support Zero Trust and conditional access in a government environment.
• Develop migration runbooks, runbooks, SOPs, and mentor staff.
