Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services company, seeks a Senior Intune Endpoint Manager to lead modern device and app management in a regulated government environment.

You will own Intune configurations, enrollment workflows, and policy baselines, drive migrations from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune, and mentor a 3+ person team while coordinating with security and service desk to uphold Zero Trust compliance.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Expert hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune (policies, profiles, enrollment).
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• DoD 8140/IAT IAM compliance at appropriate level.
• Experience migrating from SCCM to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Microsoft Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, macOS.
• Translate legacy configuration baselines into modern Intune profiles during large migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Intune, Autopilot, ADE).
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for packaging, deployment, and reporting.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and deployments.
• Collaborate with security and networking to align Intune with Zero Trust policies.
