Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Expert hands-on Microsoft Intune administration.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• DoD 8140/IAT/IAM compliance at the appropriate level.
• Experience migrating from SCCM/ConfigMgr to Intune.
• Experience leading a team of 3+ technicians.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across multiple OS.
• Translate legacy baselines to modern Intune profiles during migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, DEP, zero-touch).
• Apply Graph API automation for packaging, deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Root-cause analysis for enrollment, policy conflicts, and deployment errors.
• Support Zero Trust and conditional access in a regulated environment.
• Develop runbooks and documentation; mentor support staff on best practices.
• Lead and develop a team of 3+ technicians; conduct performance reviews.
