XMS Solutions seeks a Senior Intune Engineer to lead enterprise endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, MCM, and Entra ID. Responsibilities include patching, configuration, and Tier 3 support within a secure government environment.

The role features a hybrid telework arrangement with on-site presence three days per week at a secure government facility in the Washington metropolitan area, with standard hours Monday–Friday and potential schedule changes per government requirements.

Qualifications

• MS Intune and Entra ID admin experience.
• Tier 3 support for Intune, MCM, and Distribution Points.
• Azure Arc in hybrid environments.
• Patching Windows via MCM.
• Endpoint management at scale with MCM/Intune/Autopatch/Entra ID.
• Developing complex status reports with Power BI.
• PowerShell scripting and Group Policy management.
• BS in CS or related field with 9+ years experience or MS with 7–12 years.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate and maintain endpoint patching via MCM and Intune AutoPatch.
• Identify and configure endpoint collections for Intune Rings.
• Develop and generate tailored Intune performance reports.
• Plan, package, and deploy Windows updates with Intune.
• Support policy, app and device configuration for endpoints.
• Create technical documentation for Intune-related procedures.
