Job summary

Reed Smith LLP seeks a Practice Innovation Specialist to support its intranet and extranet platforms, ensuring high-quality digital experiences for attorneys, staff, and clients. The role blends site administration, content support, customer service, and ongoing platform improvements.

The position requires hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365, plus strong training and governance skills. Hybrid work and remote collaboration are common, with occasional in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in IT, CS or related field is required
• Preferred: JD or MIS graduate degree
• Experience in knowledge management in a legal environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to user questions related to intranet/extranet platforms with high-quality customer service
• Serve as first/second-tier support for content administrators and end users
• Conduct user trainings, virtual or in person on intranet/extranet features and site administration
• Create, update, and maintain training materials and user guides
• Collaborate with teams to enhance platform functionality and governance
