Reed Smith LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Specialist to support the firm's intranet and extranet platforms, ensuring attorneys, staff, and clients access high-quality digital experiences. This role combines site administration, content support, customer service, and ongoing enhancements.

Responsibilities include user training, content maintenance, collaborating to improve tools and governance, and providing after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a law firm or legal department; legal KM experience preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, HTML, CSS, and other languages.
• Project management and business analysis experience.
• Experience in a global organization is preferred.
• Prior experience as a lawyer or paralegal is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tiered support for intranet/extranet platforms and assist content admins.
• Deliver user trainings and create training materials.
• Maintain content integrity and update site information.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance platform functionality and governance.
• Respond to user inquiries with professional communication.
• Support after-hours coverage as needed.
