Job summary

LAPP USA Inc is seeking an Intralogistics - Industry Segment Manager to drive regional revenue in the Americas for a designated industry. You will own a strategic industry plan, manage select Key Accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and other departments to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

The role requires 3+ years of industry experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with digital tools and Teams. Remote work is supported with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years industry experience (minimum)
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar (preferred)
• Proficient with digital tools and remote selling technology (Teams or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Own vertical market regional sales performance and profitability.
• Manage key accounts within the selected vertical and drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement a strategic industry plan with cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute market strategies to hit sales targets and expand market share.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Business Development.
• Provide market inputs and monitor performance metrics and trends.
• Lead development of industry marketing and sales materials and participate in trade shows.
