LAPP is seeking an Intralogistics - Industry Segment Manager to drive revenue growth in a designated Americas vertical. Based in Florham Park, NJ with remote capabilities, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and others to execute industry plans and meet quarterly targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3+ years in the industry, and strong communication and digital tools skills, including remote selling technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar is required or preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience and knowledge.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools and remote selling technology (Teams and equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the regional sales performance for the designated vertical market.
• Manage selected Key Accounts and grow sales within those accounts.
• Develop and implement a strategic industry plan with cross-functional teams.
• Identify, qualify and manage revenue opportunities within the vertical.
• Travel as required.
