Job summary

LAPP Americas seeks a regional sales leader to grow revenue in designated industry segments across the Americas under the Director, Strategic Business & Industry Development. You will drive a vertical industry plan with cross-functional teams and own quarterly and annual targets.

Expect frequent travel, manage key accounts, develop market strategies, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Business Development to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years industry experience and knowledge.
• Working knowledge of wire, cable, and its standards/applications.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools and remote selling technology (Teams and equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own vertical market regional sales performance and profitability targets.
• Manage select Key Accounts and grow sales within the accounts.
• Develop and implement a strategic industry plan with cross-functional collaboration.
• Implement market strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
