7Seventy is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking. You will coordinate multiple calendars across time zones, arrange virtual and onsite interviews, and handle travel logistics with a customer-focused approach.

You will leverage AI and automation to streamline processes, build reusable templates, and maintain high data integrity in Ashby while supporting fast-paced hiring across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating interview processes and scheduling at scale.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to design AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interview loops within 2 business days of candidate advancement, targeting 90% compliance.
• Coordinate calendars, time zones, stakeholders, virtual and onsite interviews, and travel logistics.
• Provide clear, timely, and welcoming candidate communications throughout the process.
• Use AI and automation to reduce scheduling time by 25%.
• Maintain 98% accuracy in Ashby across candidate stages, feedback, and dispositions.
