Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an Interview Programs Specialist to optimize how we interview. You’ll coordinate onboarding, maintain workflows, track program health, and empower interviewers with guidance and resources. This role blends operations, data tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale interviewing as the company grows.

You’ll partner with Recruiting, Candidate Experience, People Tech, and hiring leaders to improve interviewer experience and uphold fair, high‑quality evaluations.

Qualifications

• Program coordination experience supporting recruiting, people, enablement, or operational programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interviewer Enablement — Support interviewer onboarding, training, shadowing, calibration, and readiness programs.
• Program Operations — Maintain recurring interview program workflows, including communications, tracking, scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Interview Quality & Consistency — Help maintain structured interview practices, interviewer expectations, scorecard guidance, and interview loop standards.
• Question Governance & Lifecycle Operations — Coordinate intake, review, pilot, calibration, launch, maintenance, and retirement of interview questions; ensure records remain aligned.
• Data Tracking & Reporting — Monitor interviewer participation, training completion, capacity, feedback quality, and other metrics.
• Documentation & Knowledge Base Management — Keep interviewer guides, SOPs, training materials, and Notion pages accurate.
• Workflow Optimization & Automation — Identify recurring pain points and recommend improvements for scalability.
• Ticketing & Support — Respond to questions from recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers with clear guidance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration — Partner with Recruiting, Candidate Experience, People Tech, and business leaders to improve interviewer experience and candidate journey.
