Responsibilities

• Serve as interview coordination hub; schedule interviews and travel when needed.
• Manage scheduling using Ashby ATS and recruiting tools.
• Support multiple functions, cross-training, and ad hoc tasks.
• Coordinate high-volume global interview scheduling (phone/video/onsite).
• Provide timely updates to candidates on interview status and timelines.
• Build relationships with Hiring Managers and recruiters; maintain clear communication.
