Job description

As an Interview Programs Specialist, you’ll help make interviewing at our company thoughtful, efficient, and high quality. You’ll support interviewer enablement programs, maintain interview-related workflows and documentation, track program health, and help ensure every interviewer has the tools and guidance they need to evaluate candidates fairly and effectively.

About The Role

As an Interview Programs Specialist, you’ll support the operational backbone of our interviewer program. You’ll support interviewer onboarding and training, maintain interviewer resources, recurring program workflows, and help identify opportunities to improve interview quality and consistency.

You’ll work closely with Interview Program Managers, Recruiting Coordinators, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure interviewer programs scale alongside the company’s growth. This is a hands‑on role that combines program coordination, operational discipline, data tracking, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Interviewer Enablement — Support interviewer onboarding, training, shadowing, calibration, and readiness programs.
  • Program Operations — Maintain recurring interview program workflows, including communications, tracking, scheduling, documentation, and follow‑ups.
  • Interview Quality & Consistency — Help maintain structured interview practices, interviewer expectations, scorecard guidance, and interview loop standards.
  • Question Governance & Lifecycle Operations — Coordinate the intake, review, pilot, calibration, launch, maintenance, and retirement of interview questions. Ensure question‑bank records, interview plans, scorecards, interviewer instructions, training materials, and known‑question assignments remain aligned.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting — Monitor interviewer participation, training completion, capacity, feedback quality, and other program metrics.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Base Management — Keep interviewer guides, SOPs, training materials, FAQs, and Notion pages accurate and easy to navigate.
  • Workflow Optimization & Automation — Identify recurring pain points in interviewer workflows and recommend improvements that make interviewing easier and more scalable.
  • Ticketing and Support — Respond to questions from recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers with clear, timely guidance.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration — Partner with Recruiting, Candidate Experience, People Tech, and business leaders to improve the interviewer experience and candidate journey.
Qualifications
  • Program coordination experience — Experience supporting recruiting, people, enablement, training, or operational programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Operational mindset — Strong attention to detail, comfort managing recurring workflows, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
  • Communication strength — Clear written and verbal communication, especially when explaining processes or guiding stakeholders.
  • Documentation skills — Experience maintaining SOPs, internal wikis, training materials, or knowledge bases.
  • Bias for action — Comfortable working autonomously, proactively solving problems, and escalating thoughtfully when needed.
  • Service orientation — A collaborative partner who can balance responsiveness with scalable processes.
  • Analytical curiosity — Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, participation metrics, or program data.
  • A “One Team” mindset — Willing to jump in where needed, support shared goals, and contribute beyond formal ownership.
  • Resourcefulness — Able to find answers, connect dots, and move work forward with minimal direction.
You Might Thrive In This Role If You
  • Care deeply about creating a consistent, thoughtful interview experience.
  • Enjoy helping people feel prepared, confident, and supported.
  • Love building clarity out of complex or fast‑moving processes.
  • Take pride in documentation, follow‑through, and operational excellence.
  • Notice small process gaps before they become larger problems.
  • Enjoy partnering with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Want to grow into Recruiting Operations, Program Management, Interview Enablement, or People Programs.
