Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager to support the execution of technical programs powering content, product, and platform experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career program manager who enjoys working with engineering and product teams, coordinating projects, and driving execution across stakeholders.

You will assist with end-to-end program delivery, manage sprint rituals, track milestones, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years in program management, project management, or technical operations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle or technical systems.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Airtable, or similar project tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of technical programs while tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, sprint boards, and documentation.
• Monitor dependencies, risks, and blockers and escalate issues as needed.
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into actionable plans.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Track feature development, bug triage, and release readiness.
• Maintain program documentation, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ensure Jira, Airtable, and tracking systems remain accurate and organized.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lightweight automation.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, data science, and business teams.
• Capture meeting notes, action items, and key decisions.
• Help align priorities to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Provide clear status updates on program health, risks, and progress.
• Assist with executive summaries and reporting dashboards.
• Help build scalable reporting and program visibility.
