BD Interventional’s Surgery division in Rhode Island seeks an Associate Territory Manager to support Hernia Mesh products with physicians and clinical staff. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline is required.
• 1–2 years of general sales experience preferred.
• Experience working in a team environment, particularly with sales people.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment is required.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Willing to relocate to fill an open Territory Manager position.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Support BD’s Hernia Mesh products with physicians and hospital staff.
• Coordinate field-level customer training and technical support of clinical cases.
• Prioritize targeted customers, cases and training events with field sales management.
• Develop regional physician proctors to assist with training activities.
• Conduct in-servicing for hospital staff and support personnel.
• Aid in the development of regional centers of excellence and physician training seminars.
• Support regional marketing events, conventions and symposia.
