BD's Interventional Surgery Division is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to provide field level support to physicians and clinical staff, lead training plans, and help achieve annual sales targets. The role requires 80% travel and relocation flexibility across the U.S.

You will coordinate with field sales, manage training events, develop regional physician proctors, conduct in-servicing for hospital staff, and build durable customer relationships while maintaining records and planning

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline required.
• 1-2 years general sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 80% including overnight travel.
• Must be able to work in an operating room environment.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with field sales to plan training and clinical case support.
• Develop regional physician proctors for training activities.
• Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital staff.
• Maintain relationships with District Manager, Territory Managers, and customers.
• Plan sales calls and manage territory coverage.
