Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Interventional Spine to manage a geographic territory, support clinical procedures, and drive adoption of spine and pain management solutions. You will build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory centers while guiding customers through evaluations and purchasing decisions.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, field support, and strategic territory development in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device/healthcare or equivalent high-performance environment
• Willingness to travel across the territory and provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within the assigned territory to meet sales and revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff to drive account growth
• Support product evaluations, procedures and clinical cases in ORs, procedure suites, and ambulatory centers
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations to influence purchasing decisions
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to expand market share
• Monitor territory performance and provide regular updates to leadership
• Coordinate case coverage, inventory management, and customer support to ensure high service levels
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, competitive solutions, and industry trends
