Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative - Interventional Spine to drive revenue across an assigned geography, partnering with physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory centers to promote the Interventional Spine portfolio.

You will support product evaluations, assist in OR procedures, educate on features and economic considerations, and develop territory plans to expand adoption while maintaining high service levels.

This is a commission-based role with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years outside sales in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with goal attainment.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interventional Spine products within an assigned geographic territory to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and clinical staff to support account growth and customer retention.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and clinical cases in operating rooms, procedure suites, and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic considerations to support purchasing decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans to increase account penetration and market share.
• Monitor territory performance, sales activities, and account trends, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Coordinate case coverage, inventory management, and customer support activities to ensure a high level of service.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings, competitive solutions, and industry trends to effectively support customer needs.
