Job summary

Stryker seeks an Associate Sales Representative to support Interventional Spine customers across the territory. The role partners with experienced Sales Representatives to assist with accounts, assist in clinical procedures, and drive territory growth in field-based settings.

The position offers exposure to sales, clinical environments, and account management with long-term career development in medical technology. Travel approx. 30% and base+commission structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the assigned territory.
• Preferred: 1+ year in outside sales or related roles.
• Experience in medical device or healthcare sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across OR, office, and procedural settings.
• Provide product education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and staff to ensure proper use and positive experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development.
• Participate in product training and apply clinical knowledge to support customer education.
