Responsibilities

• Schedule interventional pain management procedures at multiple centers.
• Verify insurance validity and collect patient coins.
• Confirm injections are authorized before procedure dates.
• Obtain clearances for medications or cardiac implants.
• Provide pre-operative instructions and post-operative appointment info.
• Prepare weekly surgery charts for clinical team.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and facility staff.
• Enter and update patient information in the EMR.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
