Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule surgical and office-based procedures.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations.
• Maintain physician schedules across hospital and clinic settings.
• Document scheduling activities in the EMR system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and protect patient confidentiality.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and hospitals to coordinate care.
• Assist with front desk scheduling support as needed.
