Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation seeks a driven Interventional Business Development professional to grow sales in structural heart, electrophysiology, and neurovascular markets. You will develop strategic OEM partnerships and pursue opportunities in complex catheter shafts, steerable catheters, and delivery systems, reporting to the Director of Business Development.

This role requires 3-5+ years in medical device business development, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
3-5+ years of Medical Device Business Development experience.
Experience selling to OEMs, R&D engineers, and senior management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and organize independently.
Must read/write/speak English.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; SFDC a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Generate and develop a pipeline of opportunities for Cirtec's Interventional Business Unit.
Understand strategic markets and Cirtec Interventional value proposition.
Identify and engage with key targets within strategic markets.
Lead complex sales engagements and grow strategic accounts.
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients with support from management and legal.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline targets.
Present Cirtec's offerings to prospects with focus on Interventional business.
Provide timely quotes and hunt for new accounts and applications.
Support 12-month rolling forecast with sustaining customers.
