Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in corporate setting, healthcare industry or sales.
• Strong analytical, selling, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates a strong technical and clinical aptitude to discuss complex product information and complete training
• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers and referral networks.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by determining product, competition and pricing needs for accounts.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures and reports to meet annual goals.
• Clinically support procedures at accounts to gain insights from physicians and lab staff.
• Establishes pricing packages with relevant personnel to address customer needs while following company policies.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints to develop optimal solutions.
• Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify key purchasing decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations.
