Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years previous experience in sales.
• Strong clinical, analytical and selling skills are required.
• Able to manage a large number of accounts and be coachable.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies for existing and potential accounts.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures and coordinating with Regional Sales Manager.
• Determines needs and cases by meeting physicians and hospital staff.
• Observes procedures in cath labs to gain insights for product addressing needs.
• Establishes pricing by working with relevant personnel and complying with policies.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
• Builds relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers.
