Job summary

Boston Scientific in the United States is seeking a Coronary Therapies Senior Territory Manager to drive sales in an assigned geographic territory, partnering with a clinical specialist. This role requires clinical aptitude and strong relationship-building with physicians and hospital staff.

You will promote Coronary Drug-Coated Balloon, IVUS, DES, catheters and related devices, develop sales plans, analyze accounts, and help meet company quotas while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years prior experience in sales.
• Strong clinical, analytical and selling skills are required.
• Ability to manage a large number of accounts within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling calls to current and potential customers to meet revenue objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies for hospital personnel and physicians.
• Creates action plans by analyzing quarterly/monthly sales figures and coordinating with Regional Manager.
• Determines needs, goals and product usage for specific customers through physician discussions.
• Observes procedures to gain insights into physician and staff needs and decision processes.
• Establishes pricing packages addressing customer needs within company guidelines.
• Responds to customer needs and issues with feasible solutions.
• Develops relationships with hospital staff to identify key purchasing decision makers.
