Responsibilities

Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
Develops and implements sales strategies by determining product, competition and pricing needs for existing and potential accounts.
Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures and reports to help the organization achieve annual sales goals.
Determines customer needs by meeting with physicians and hospital personnel to identify which products address them.
Observes procedures to gain insight into physician needs and lab nuances.
Establishes pricing packages in coordination with relevant personnel.
Responds to customer needs and complaints with feasible solutions.
Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify key purchasing decision makers.
