Boston Scientific is seeking a Coronary Therapies Senior Territory Manager to drive sales and build strong physician relationships in a high-energy team environment. You will engage with cath lab staff, understand clinical needs, and promote products like AGENT, IVUS, DES, and related devices.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong clinical, analytical, and coaching-driven skills. Preferably based in the Bakersfield, CA area.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 5years previous experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies by determining product, competition and pricing needs for accounts.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures and reports to help the organization meet annual sales goals.
• Determines customer needs for products and pricing by engaging physicians and hospital staff.
• Observes procedures in cath labs to learn nuances of each physician and staff.
• Establishes pricing packages addressing customer needs while following company policies.
• Develops relationships with hospital personnel to identify purchasing decision makers for future sales.
• Educates customers on merits and clinical usage of products through presentations and demos to secure commitments.
