Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of full-time administrative work experience.
• Experience in higher education, public service, non-profit or related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree; Coaching experience; Experience developing programs for college audiences; Experience working with diverse populations; Experience managing/producing virtual meetings and events; Presentation experience to college audiences; Experience using databases and spreadsheets to track information and/or develop reports; Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage career development, internship and experiential learning initiatives for Humanities and Social Sciences.
• Expand access to meaningful, career-connected experiences for students and translate academic learning into career opportunities.
• Provide career coaching to undergraduate, graduate students and alumni; identify transferable skills and networking strategies.
• Collaborate with faculty on internships and experiential learning opportunities; engage employers, alumni and campus partners.
