Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of full‑time administrative work experience
• Experience in higher education, public service, nonprofit, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred; coaching and program development experience for college audiences
• Experience working with diverse populations; presenting to college audiences
• Experience using databases and spreadsheets to track information and develop reports
• Project management experience; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage career development, internship, and experiential learning initiatives for Humanities and Social Sciences
• Expand access to career-connected opportunities across disciplines
• Collaborate with faculty, employers, alumni, and campus partners to align learning with work
• Design and deliver in-person and virtual career readiness programs
• Collect and analyze internship data and report on outcomes
