RideNow Powersports Weatherford is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist to handle online leads and inbound calls, set appointments, and guide customers to the right unit. Training will be provided, and no dealership experience is required.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and paid training, with typical yearly earnings around the mid-five figures, depending on performance. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Respond to internet leads, texts, chats, and calls quickly.
• Qualify customers and guide them to the next step.
• Set and confirm appointments to improve show rates.
• Log notes, tasks, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Comfortable with CRM/tools; training will be provided.
