Job summary

RideNow Powersports Gainesville is seeking an energetic, customer-focused sales professional to join our team. This role emphasizes problem solving, active listening, and the ability to close deals in a commission-based environment.

You’ll assist guests through the purchase process, coordinate cross-selling with Parts, Financing, Insurance, Warranties, and Service, and maintain a strong showroom presence while updating CRM data.

Qualifications

• Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing).
• Minimum 6+ months experience in sales with closing skills.
• Knowledge of multiple powersports brands and products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through purchase process from selection to financing and delivery.
• Sell powersports passion to customers and close deals.
• Coordinate with Parts, Financing, Insurance, Warranties, and Service for cross-selling.
• Follow up with prospects and customers using proactive sales techniques.
• Maintain showroom presentation and data entry into CRM.
• Keep up-to-date with brand, products, and company events.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about powersports vehicles and have a knack for interacting with customers in a helpful manner. This position is a commission-based career, which means you can maximize your income based on the effort you put in and make an awesome living!

Responsibilities

• Assist guests through the purchase process from selection to numbers to financing and delivery ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free!
• Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers
• Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans
• Patiently and persistently Follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques
• Follow a well structured sales process (that works)
• Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers
• Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions
• Stay up-to-date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements:

• Riding Experience and Current Motorcycle Endorsement or the desire to get your endorsement

• Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
