Job summary

DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring an Experienced Internet Sales / Sales Representative. You will engage with internet leads and showroom customers, describe vehicle features, and guide buyers through the sales process from first contact to delivery.

We offer a 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off, and a total rewards package including health plans, 401(k), and purchase discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience required.
• Respond to customers and complete follow-up tasks promptly.
• Explain vehicle, pricing, and purchase information.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to incoming internet leads, calls, chats, and emails.
• Convert sales leads into confirmed appointments and follow up with prospective customers.
• Document customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, explain features and promotions, and conduct test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through vehicle purchase and delivery.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross and/or bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
