Job summary

DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks is hiring a Service BDC Administrator to support the high-volume service department in California. You will contact customers, schedule appointments, and help drive service opportunities through the CRM.

You will gather and maintain customer information, stay up to date on promotions, and follow up after visits to ensure satisfaction. Training and growth opportunities are provided within Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Familiar with CRM systems and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments and service opportunities.
• Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales and service opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM for ongoing communication.
• Stay updated on vehicle inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up after visits to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues when needed.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
