Job summary

DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Sales Representative to assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget. You will explain vehicle features, pricing, and purchasing steps, conduct demonstrations and test drives, and follow up with leads by phone, email, text, or internet inquiries.

Training is provided; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with evenings and weekends available.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required—training provided.
• Comfortable working with customers in person, over the phone, and through email or text.
• Comfortable using computers and learning CRM and dealership software.
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
