Job summary

DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform scheduled maintenance and complex automotive repairs, using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources to troubleshoot vehicle concerns.

You’ll document completed work, communicate repair needs to Service Advisors, and contribute to a team that takes pride in technical expertise and customer service. The California pay range is $25.00-$70.00 per hour, with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Subaru or Toyota technician experience.
• Prior dealership or professional automotive repair experience.
• Diagnostic and mechanical repair experience.
• Experience working with manufacturer diagnostic tools, equipment, and repair procedures.

What You'll Bring

• Experience working with manufacturer diagnostic tools, equipment, and repair procedures.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California pay range for a Service Technician position is $25.00 - $70.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
