Job summary

Norfolk Motor Company is seeking an energetic Internet Sales professional to connect online buyers with the dealership, handling inquiries by phone, text, email and social media while scheduling appointments and maintaining customer profiles.

You will follow guided sales processes with scripts and train with our in-house team; a guaranteed pay for the first 90 days, then commissions. This full-time role includes rotating weekends and potential for high earnings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 or over and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to buy.
• Verify customer and vehicle information and sales needs.
• Conduct 24-hour reminder calls for all sales appointments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
