Job summary

Norfolk Motor Company is seeking an energetic Internet Sales associate to bridge buyers and vehicles through calls, text, email, and social channels. You will follow guided sales processes and scripts while coordinating with team members.

The role offers in-house training, a guaranteed pay period of 90 days, and commissions with top earners over $100K. Flexible full-time schedule with rotating weekends and daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 or over to be covered by NMC’s Automobile Insurance.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Communication and teamwork abilities.
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office; CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts.
• Provide product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads, including no-shows.
• Verify customer and vehicle information and sales needs.
• Conduct 24-hour reminder calls for sales appointments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
