Job summary

Norfolk Motor Company is seeking an energetic Internet Sales associate to bridge buyers with their next vehicle. No automotive experience required—training is provided. You’ll handle calls, texts, emails and social media, using scripts while building rapport with customers.

Initiate and follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and guide customers through product information. A positive, team-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Experience in call centers, customer service, hospitality or restaurants is valued.
• Must be able to communicate effectively via phone, text, email and social media.
• Willingness to follow guided sales processes and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads not ready to buy or no-shows.
• Verify customer and vehicle information and sales needs.
• Make 24-hour reminder calls for sales appointments.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of dealership products and services.
• Other duties as assigned.

INTERNET SALES - We are looking for a enthusiastic and energetic person to help with internet customers.

• No Automotive Experience? No problem! We will train you!
• We're looking for hardworking individuals with experience in Call Centers,Customer Service, Hospitality, Restaurants!

Do you love working with new technologies and innovative products? We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Internet Sales team.

In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle. You will communicate effectively with customers through phone text, email, and social media channels, along with establishing rapport and managing customer profiles.You will be provided a guidedsales processes and written scripts; in addition communicatewith team members through verbal and written communications.

• We have an in-house Training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.
• Guaranteed pay for thefirst 90 days then will be paid commissions based on performance. Top Sales Associates earnings over $100K
• Full Time Flexible Schedule with Rotating Weekend!
• Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm and the rotating week will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday10am - 7pm, and Saturday 8-5.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Verify customer and vehicle information and sales needs.
• Conduct 24-hour reminder call for all sales appointments.
• Display thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 1-2 years of previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• High School Diploma of GED preferred but not required
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Communication skills: Ability to collaborate, cooperate, interpret, communicate information that is not always straightforward.
• Computer: Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, and Intermediate Excel), manage files, navigate network, web and windows. Software: Ability to efficiently use in house software such as CRM.
