Job summary

Lithia Reno Subaru in Reno, NV is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to lead the Internet Sales team and drive online sales performance. The role requires managing consultants, meeting revenue targets, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will respond to inquiries quickly, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in LSMS. A strong background in automotive sales, CRM usage, and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive sales experience.
• 2+ years CRM experience.
• 3+ years sales experience.
• Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage Internet Sales Consultants and ensure department is meeting guidelines.
• Answer all incoming calls and chat/call requests within 10 seconds.
• Respond to incoming emails with a price quote within 10 minutes.
• Convert every sales opportunity to a confirmed appointment.
• Maintain a 60% show rate with appointments.
• Record every customer interaction in LSMS daily.
• Complete 100% of daily scheduled contact tasks.
